Description: Parisi Speed School Program Director
Cherry Hill Health & Racquet Club currently has an opportunity for a Program Director at the CHHRC Parisi Speed School who can direct the business, attain monthly goals, oversee the hiring and managing of the program staff, generate weekly camp sales, and has the business acumen to operate a business within a business. The right candidate to join our team should be known for their integrity, capabilities and ability to deliver results.
Skills: Degree in Exercise Science from an accredited school required Two to five years practical experience Current national PT certification from NSCA, NASM or ACSM Current PES, CSCS or related preferred but not required Management and sales skills Computer literacy & willingness to use IT resources
JOB DESCRIPTION: To ensure positive training growth by achieving monthly sales goals and by retaining current clients. Responsible for all athletes and teams being recruited and evaluated.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Work week consist of 45-50 hrs a week (See Sample Workweek below) a)School Year: SeptJune: M, T, W-11:00am-9:00pm Thu-12:00-7:00pm Fri-12:00pm-6:00pm Sat-9:00am-1:00pm b)Summer July-August: M, T, Fri-9:00am-7:00pm Wed & Thu-1:00pm-8:00pm Sat-9:00am-1:00pm Must be available to work until 9:00pm or until closing a minimum of 3 nights per week Understand the member software used to track and develop business Perform Athlete Evaluations Conduct Orientations / Demo Class Follow-up with Missed Opportunities Recruit Non Active Clients, Past Clients, and New Clients Implement and Manage Monthly Cat Club Challenge Available for on and off campus meetings Available via cell phone and e-mail Available to work 3 weekend shifts per month
Staffing Monitoring MSR to insure that all athletes are being scheduled and treated with the core values of the Parisi Franchise.
Technical Skills Must be proficient in Speed School Enterprise Software, as well as Word, Excel & Outlook
Production Based Objectives & Activities Responsible for achieving monthly Evaluations Sales and Camp Sales goals Responsible for generation of average monthly Revenue Goals Responsible for achieving monthly average Camp Sales Goals Responsible for ensuring that all inquiries are followed up with using 3-7-14 contact method Responsible for all daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports Responsible for generating individual leads for the speed school through Parent Rapport Phone Call Program, Coachs Visits and Website. Responsible for generating team leads for the speed school through external recruitment of teams within a 15 mile radius of facility Development and attainment of Personal Quarterly 30-60-90 Sales/ Action Plan Responsible Revolving 15 Days Follow-Up Calls of all evaluated athletes Responsible for ensuring all athlete referrals receive their rewards Recruitment of Elite/ High Profile High School and College athletes (notes cards / letters) Responsible for tracking existing athletes in training program and renewal sales
