Kids Activities Manager

Description: As the Kids Activities Department Head you are responsible for managing the day to day organization, operation, promotion, administration and supervision of the Kids Activities department. The two major components of this department are Kids Activity programming and Child Center operations. Use your creativity to create fun, enthusiastic, and safe programs that encourage member participation through a variety of interactive, educational and fitness based programs. Ensure performance by exceeding revenue goals, operational excellence and high quality service.
Requirements: Education: * Four-year college degree preferred
Experience:
* 3-5 years of progressive management experience in a related field * One-year experience teaching or working in a children's program * One-year experience in day care setting as a lead teacher or two consecutive summers of camp experience with increased responsibility * One-year customer service experience * Experience in event planning and coordination preferred
Licenses / Certifications:
* CPR/AED certification * Early Childhood Education Certificate preferred
